Because our products are digital files delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded, and we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, previews, and specifications before purchasing.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

• You received a corrupted, defective, or incorrect file.

• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge).

• The product significantly differs from its description at the time of purchase.
